The 27th of October 2012, marked a special occasion in the lives of Karin and James, not to mention Biting Designs who were happy to capture it for a lasting memory. Just as Karin thanked James for marrying her, we would like to thank Karin for letting us tell their story. Footage of the bride and groom preparing for what was a magical day, was coupled with a love song by Secrets in Stereo to exemplify the irony of the situation, as they would no longer have to live apart. From the close up of the tiara confirming the fairy-tale that are weddings, to the picturesque church, it was nothing short of magic.
Biting Designs Sydney wedding video were humbled by the atmosphere in the church. As we filmed the reciting of the vows, we zoomed in on the exchange of rings to convey the important place religion holds in their relationship. As the day introduced us to the reception in Villa Rosa Leichardt, red white and pastel green overcame our camera screen. The rose petals, fairy lights, candles and floral arrangements highlighted the elegance of their relationship. Karin’s mother spoke of her daughter with endearment, comparing her to a gem. Whilst the speech continues we illustrate their close bond with shots of their time spent together from earlier on, in the form of a mini montage. Cake-cutting time came soon enough and we captured this moment with an overhead shot, with everyone present sharing in the joyous act, contrasted against their solo dance to a gentle, soulful ballad. Karin’s heritage came in the form of cultural dancers as a treat for the guests. The show evolved in the participation of all, who were more than pleased to dance along, we at Biting Designs Sydney Wedding Video were just lucky to witness it and even more lucky to have had the opportunity to tell this beautiful story.
