Sydney Wedding Film
Flowers have a vibrant history in wedding traditions, once used to convey messages between Victorian lovers, carried by brides to ward away spirits, and thought to symbolize love, fertility and new life. In modern times, flowers are still an integral part of weddings across the world.
For Sotiri and Sharia, a garden wedding at one of Sydney’s most breathtaking locations kept the floral tradition alive. Miramare Gardens in Terrey Hills is a five-star wedding venue providing a magnificent natural setting among four acres of perfectly manicured gardens. Featuring a Grand Ballroom that overlooks the garden area and is filled with natural light from the glass walled reception area, Miramare Gardens can accommodate a wide range of wedding parties.
Biting Designs provided stunning wedding cinematography for the newlyweds, capturing each moment of their day with Hollywood-style film techniques. Aerial footage is seamlessly shot using professional drones, as the camera drifts away from the crystalline water and over the shore, Sotiri and Sharia embrace in the distance – a picture of love and devotion.
With the bridal party by their side, the wonderful couple celebrates their marriage with a kiss atop a natural rock coastline along the water. They have overcome a literal world’s worth of distance to be together, and gliding away from the party, the camera exposes the large spectrum of the environment around them. Once a world apart, but now a whole new world together.
The reception at Miramare Gardens was filled with more flowers, lining the bridal table, surrounding the wedding cake, and adding ambiance to the back wall of the room, as friends and family took part in the joyous occasion with the happy couple. The setting was elegant and classy with cathedral ceilings and chandeliers, and Sotiri and Sharia kept the atmosphere fun and lighthearted with dancing and games.
Biting Designs is ecstatic to have provided a lifetime of memories through quality wedding cinematography for the couple to cherish. Congratulations, Sotiri and Sharia.
